To make Patties      Mrs. Urwin

Take a quarter of a pound of Veal
chicken or Swea^tbread; a little beaten
Mace  Nutmeg  pepper & salt  ½ the quantity
of ham or pickled pork of the Meat
Mentiond a shallot shred small
Mix it all together  Make good puff
paste Bake them in patty pans
