Nuns Cakes.

One Pound of Sugar. 1 Pound of Flour, ½ pound of Butter.
½ Pound of Currants. 1 Nutmeg. 1 Glass Rose Water. 10
Eggs take out half the Whites. Beat the Butter & Sugar
together
