Albi ℥ss: Aq: Pure ℥v. Aque Alexeteriæ
Spirituosæ ℥i: olei amygdalini recens express:

Dosis cochlearia quatuor ter die__
Translation
Oily Emulsion
Recipe: 1 scruple of volatile sal ammoniac, ½ ounce of white sugar, 5 ounces of pure water, 1 ounce of spirituous alexeterial water, 2 ounces of freshly pressed almond oil. Mix.
Dose: four teaspoons, three times per day.
