                                 To Make Pancakes

Take a pint of thick Cream three spoonfulls of Sack

half a Pound of Flower six Eggs but 8 Whites one Nutmeg

a quarter of a Pound of melted Buttar a very little Salt

and some Sugar fry these in a Dry Pan.
