                    To Brew
: 4 Pails of Water, 3 Pints of Malt, 1
Handfull of Hops, boil it away to 3
pails full, pour it thro your Straner
put 3 Pints of Mollasses, let it stand
till cold, put it in the Barrel, with I
pint and half of Emptings, leave 
out the Bung, then Bottle it, &
Drink it.
