Rx Flor. Sulph. ℥i – Cinnab. Antimon. – Sal: Commun. ana ℥ss.

Ol: Olivar. q[uantum] s[ufficit]

Fiat Ung[uent]a to be rubb’d only in the Palms of the Hands in the quantity of ʒij and smelled to frequently.

 

Translation 

Recipe: 1 ounce of flowers of sulphur, ½ ounce each of Cinnabar of Antimony, as much olive as needed. Make an ointment to be rubbed only in the Palms of the Hands in the quantity of 2 drams and smelled frequently.
